I currently have a 1br/1bath apartment, 786 square feet, available for subleasing at $850/month. The apartment has high speed internet access and is cable ready. The apartment includes FREE heat, water & trash. Electricity is additional, but it is only about $20 each month for one person. It is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, an abundance of closet space, balcony and individually-controlled air conditioning and heat. There is also a heated underground garage, which is perfect for the winter!
The community features also include a 24-hour fitness center, pool and spa, tennis and sand volleyball courts, walking/jogging trails, elevators and on-site laundry on each floor (this apartment is the closest apartment to the washing machines and dryers on this floor).
There is controlled access entry, and the apartment staff is ALWAYS willing to assist. I've never had any problems with the apartment complex or the staff. I am just currently looking to move in with a roommate.
There is an upfront fee of $200 that you must pay me. The apartment will then return $200 to you upon moving out. A lease was signed in July, so you would only be subleasing until early August and then you would have the option to sign a lease or move out.
